Overview

The Source list is used within the Orbb app to categorize the origins of leads. This helps in identifying how leads are generated and can be crucial for analytics and sales strategy.

The field label and stored value keep the historical Intail name (Orbb's former brand) so that existing CRM data and reports remain consistent.

List Values

Source Value	Description
INTAIL	Indicates that the source is Orbb itself. Used to identify leads/contacts generated through Orbb's integration.

Important Note

The INTAIL source value will be present in every contact or lead that Orbb generates. This ensures consistent tracking of lead generation origins, facilitating better analysis and strategic planning.
